The Vocational Schools Coordination Office (MYOK) was established to ensure the coordination of educational processes among the vocational schools operating within Giresun University, to increase institutional efficiency and to create a structure aligned with sectoral needs.
In this context, the Vocational Schools Coordination Office Directive was first adopted and put into force by Senate decision no. 83/2, dated 25 December 2013. In line with institutional needs and evolving higher education dynamics, the directive was subsequently updated; the current structure was reorganised and put into force by Senate decision no. 235-3, dated 11 May 2023.
